december 2021 suddenly one album went missing :hacked and deleted. It was the album with images of 29 non-authentic paintings but "authenticated by Olivier Bertrand, director of the art Gallery with the misleading name Belgian Art
Research Institute; 1 by Robert Hoozee conservator of th FA musem of Gent and 1 by Jan Hout,conservator of the CAmuseum of Gent. A week later this album was restaured to its original place. Guess whodunnit.Another week later all albums of this site were deleted,including the catalogue raisonné of the works by William Degouve de Nuncques and the supplement to the catalogue raisonné of the works of Théo van Rysselberghe. The hacker must have realised his preceding hack made him too easily identifiable.he belgian Justice have been researching this hack and in, this context ,have interrogated Olivier Bertrand if he was the hacker in question; Olivier Bertrand denied this..The belgian justice con tinues its research
this album with "authenticated",but to my mind non-authentic works is to be seen further down on this page;this has hree goals: it serves to warn off any collector intending to buy a possibly non-authentic work.It serves as study material for researchers on the art ofvan Rysselberghe and it serves as starting point for people interested in establishing another catalogu raisonné, like the dealer Olivier Bertrand
